10 children, including the VIP guest of honor, are included in the base price.

You can add up to 10 additional children.  There is an additional charge per child added .

The party package starts at $400.   Please note that additional add-ons, such as extra guests, food upgrades, and package upgrades are available for an additional cost. 

Unfortunately, we do not allow outside food with the exception of Birthday Cakes.

Yes, we have a freezer that can be used for Ice Cream Cakes.

Yes, we can provide gluten free options.  They may be subject to an additional charge.  Please notify a member of our Glow Crew ahead of your party.

Yes, we do require a non-refundable deposit in order to reserve a party.

 We get it—life happens! If you need to make changes, here’s how we keep things stress-free:

• 7 or more days before your party: Reschedule for FREE! (No refunds, but your celebration stays on track and your deposit is applied to your future date.)
• Less than 7 days before your party: Your deposit will be forfeited, but don’t worry—we’ll apply the rest of your payment toward a future party so the fun isn’t lost!

Just give us a call and we’ll help you pick a new date. Your party deserves to rock—no matter what!

Yes, we can fit up to 30 total people in our party area.

Yes, there is a 98" smart TV in the party area.  You can connect via HDMI cable or AirPlay during your party.

The party area will be available up to 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.

Tipping your party host is not required, but it is always appreciated if you feel they went above and beyond to make your celebration special. If you choose to tip, we prefer it be in cash, but we also accept credit card tips.

Yes, there are additional fees for credit card purchases.
